The Property Search & Acquisition fee consists of two parts;
The registration fee is payable on signing the terms before The Buying Agents commence the property search. The registration fee is deducted from the Purchase Fee.
The Purchase Fee which is payable on exchange of contracts.
1.5% (+VAT) of the purchase price
or (whichever is greater)
15% of the difference between Asking Price and Purchase Price
The Buying Agents fees for Acquisition Only start from 0.5% of the purchase price depending on the level of service required.
Our fee for Buying Advice is £600 (£500 + VAT) per day.
The Rental Property Search fee consists of two parts;
The Rental Fee is a pre-agreed fixed fee and is dependent on the value of the property. Please call to discuss your requirement and time frames.
